Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 5 August 2026
Trading name: Saleh Deco
Legal entity: Saleh Deco SARL
Country: Lebanon
Website: salehdeco.com
Email: info@salehdeco.com
Business activity: Lighting, electrical and power products, furniture, home decoration, lifestyle products, project supply, installation services and related accessories.
These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases, quotations, orders, services and interactions with Saleh Deco through our showroom, website, WhatsApp, telephone, email, social-media pages, quotations, invoices, B2B sales and project-related transactions.
By placing an order, confirming a quotation, making a payment, accepting delivery, using our website or requesting a service, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Lebanese law.
1. Scope of Sale
Saleh Deco supplies lighting fixtures, technical lighting systems, decorative products, electrical and power products, furniture, home decoration, lifestyle accessories and related items.
Unless clearly stated in writing, a sale covers product supply only.
Installation, electrical work, ceiling preparation, drilling, assembly, site supervision, transportation, lifting, special handling, programming, maintenance and after-sales site visits are included only when expressly stated in the quotation, invoice, sales order or written confirmation.
Saleh Deco is responsible only for products and services included in the confirmed written scope.
2. Sales Channels Covered
These Terms apply to all Saleh Deco sales channels, including:
- Showroom sales
- Website orders
- WhatsApp orders
- Telephone and email orders
- Social-media enquiries and orders
- Manual quotations
- Sales orders and invoices
- Retail sales
- B2B and wholesale sales
- Designer, architect and contractor transactions
- Project orders
- Installation and maintenance services
A special written condition included in a quotation, invoice, sales order or signed agreement applies to that transaction.
Where a special written condition conflicts with these general Terms, the special written condition takes priority, except where applicable law does not permit the relevant right or obligation to be changed.
3. Customer Classification
Consumer-protection rights may apply differently depending on whether the customer purchases for personal use or for professional, commercial, resale or project purposes.
Business customers, professionals, contractors, designers, architects, developers, resellers and other commercial customers may be subject to specific terms confirmed in their quotation, sales order or agreement.
4. Product Information
Saleh Deco aims to present products as accurately as reasonably possible.
Product information may include:
- Product name
- Description
- Images
- Dimensions
- Material
- Finish
- Wattage
- Voltage
- Lumens
- Colour temperature
- Beam angle
- IP rating
- Driver information
- Installation type
- Technical specifications
Small variations may occur due to:
- Manufacturing tolerances
- Supplier batch differences
- Natural material variation
- Photography and lighting conditions
- Screen colour differences
- Supplier specification updates
- Packaging or model revisions
- Production improvements
Product images may show furniture, accessories, props, bulbs, installation examples or decorative settings that are not included unless expressly stated.
The customer must review the product specifications and confirm suitability for the intended space, voltage, application, installation method and technical requirement.
5. Product Availability
Stock availability may change until an order is formally confirmed.
Products are not reserved by:
- Adding them to a shopping cart
- Verbal interest
- WhatsApp enquiry
- Social-media message
- Requesting a quotation
- Requesting product information
Stock is reserved only after Saleh Deco confirms the reservation and receives any required payment or deposit.
Limited-stock, clearance, display, discontinued and last-piece products may become unavailable without prior notice.
6. Pricing and Currency
Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed in United States dollars.
Payment may be made in USD or in an accepted equivalent local currency according to the exchange rate disclosed and applied by Saleh Deco at the time of payment.
Prices may differ between:
- Showroom
- Website
- Retail
- Wholesale
- Projects
- Quotations
- Promotions
- Clearance sales
- Special agreements
Prices may change without notice unless a quotation or order has been confirmed within its stated validity period.
Saleh Deco may correct a pricing, stock, technical or listing error before accepting an order.
If an error is discovered after payment, Saleh Deco may offer:
- Order correction
- Replacement product
- Credit note
- Refund of the affected amount
- Cancellation of the affected item
Any applicable delivery, installation, handling or other charge will be disclosed before the relevant order or service is confirmed.
7. Quotations
Quotations are valid for the period shown on the quotation.
If no validity period is stated, the quotation remains valid for seven calendar days from its issue date.
A quotation is based on:
- Available stock
- Current supplier prices
- Current exchange conditions
- Requested quantities
- Provided specifications
- Delivery location
- Available project information
A quotation does not reserve stock unless Saleh Deco confirms the reservation and receives the required deposit or payment.
Changes in quantity, product, finish, location, technical requirement, installation scope or supplier price may require a revised quotation.
8. Order Confirmation
An order is confirmed only when Saleh Deco:
- Accepts the order; and
- Receives the required payment, deposit or written approval.
Website order acknowledgements do not necessarily represent final acceptance.
Website orders remain subject to:
- Stock availability
- Product condition
- Correct pricing
- Payment verification
- Delivery area
- Customer information
- Internal review
If an ordered item is unavailable, incorrectly listed, damaged or discontinued, Saleh Deco may offer:
- An alternative product
- Partial fulfilment
- Credit note
- Refund of the affected amount
- Cancellation of the unavailable item
No additional delivery or transportation charge will be imposed after an order without first being communicated to the customer for approval.
9. Payment Terms
Payment terms depend on the sales channel, product type, customer profile, order value and confirmed agreement.
Saleh Deco may require:
- Full payment before delivery
- A deposit to confirm the order
- Final payment before delivery or collection
- Project payment stages
- Written B2B payment terms
Unless otherwise confirmed in writing, products remain the property of Saleh Deco until payment is received in full.
Saleh Deco may delay delivery, collection, installation or order release until all due amounts are paid.
Bank, card, transfer or payment-processing fees may be charged where disclosed before payment.
10. Delivery and Collection
Delivery timing depends on:
- Stock availability
- Product condition
- Order size and volume
- Delivery location
- Vehicle and driver availability
- Supplier lead time
- Site readiness
- Access and handling requirements
Delivery charges apply unless expressly included in the confirmed order.
The customer must provide accurate:
- Name
- Telephone number
- Delivery address
- Location information
- Floor and access details
- Elevator availability
- Parking information
- Building permissions
- Responsible site contact
Additional charges may apply when delivery fails because of:
- Incorrect customer information
- Customer absence
- Refusal to receive
- Restricted access
- Site unreadiness
- Missing permissions
- Unavailable lifting or access equipment
The customer or an authorised representative should be available to inspect and sign for the order.
Where the customer chooses showroom collection, the order must be collected within the agreed period. Storage charges may apply where collection is unreasonably delayed after the customer has been informed that the order is ready.
11. Delivery Charges
Standard delivery within Lebanon is charged according to the applicable delivery zone:
- Zone A: $10
- Zone B: $15
- Zone C: $20
The applicable zone is determined according to the delivery location and is confirmed before the order is finalised.
These standard delivery charges apply only to orders that can reasonably be transported through a normal domestic courier service.
Oversized, bulky, fragile, high-volume or special-handling orders may require:
- A dedicated vehicle or truck
- Additional personnel
- Lifting equipment
- Special packaging
- Multiple delivery trips
- Special access arrangements
- Other transportation services
The size, weight, volume, fragility and handling requirements of an order may be more relevant than its monetary value when determining transportation costs.
A delivery charge calculated or displayed during online checkout may therefore require review where the order contains oversized, bulky, high-volume or special-handling products.
Any additional transportation, lifting or handling charge will be communicated to the customer before dispatch or delivery is confirmed.
The customer may accept the revised transportation quotation, arrange approved collection from the showroom or cancel the unfulfilled affected order where no suitable delivery arrangement is agreed.
Where an unfulfilled standard-stock order is cancelled because the customer does not accept an additional transportation quotation, any amount already paid for the cancelled product will be refunded.
This cancellation option does not automatically apply to customised, made-to-order, imported, project-specific or specially procured products whose terms and transportation requirements were separately confirmed.
Saleh Deco does not maintain a general free-delivery offer unless free delivery is expressly confirmed in writing for a particular order or promotion.
Delivery, transportation, lifting, handling, installation and other service fees are non-refundable once the relevant service has been performed.
An exception may apply where:
- Saleh Deco supplied the wrong product
- The product was defective upon delivery
- The agreed service was not performed
- Saleh Deco approves otherwise in writing
- Applicable law requires another remedy
Return collection, re-delivery and additional transportation may be charged separately.
12. Lead Times
Lead times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Lead times may be affected by:
- Supplier production
- Shipping delays
- Customs procedures
- Port or airport delays
- Road conditions
- Public holidays
- Weather
- Security conditions
- Government restrictions
- Force majeure
- Circumstances outside Saleh Deco’s control
A delay does not automatically create a right to cancel a custom, imported, reserved, project-specific or special-order product, except where applicable law requires otherwise or Saleh Deco agrees in writing.
13. Site Readiness
Where delivery, installation, measurement or technical work is required, the site must be ready before the scheduled visit.
Site readiness may include:
- Correct electrical points
- Completed ceiling and wall preparation
- Correct voltage and electrical protection
- Safe working access
- Clear working space
- Final measurements
- Approved drawings
- Building permissions
- Availability of a responsible contact
- Protection of floors, walls, furniture and finishes
- Necessary lifting equipment or scaffolding where applicable
Additional charges may apply for waiting time, additional visits, re-delivery, storage or rescheduling caused by site unreadiness.
14. Installation and Technical Work
Installation is included only where expressly confirmed in writing.
The confirmed quotation or agreement determines the installation scope.
Unless expressly included, installation does not cover:
- Civil works
- Structural work
- Ceiling reinforcement
- Gypsum work
- Painting
- Special-surface drilling
- Hidden wiring
- Electrical fault correction
- Removal of old fixtures
- Programming
- Scaffolding
- Lifting machinery
- Ceiling repair
- Decorative finishing
- Work by third parties
- Work outside the confirmed scope
Saleh Deco is not responsible for work performed by external contractors, electricians, installers, designers or other third parties.
Where installation is performed by another party, the customer must ensure that the installer follows all product, electrical and safety requirements.
Additional work caused by site conditions, revised instructions or undisclosed requirements may require a revised quotation.
15. Electrical Conditions and Compatibility
Lighting and electrical products must be used with proper:
- Voltage
- Wiring
- Grounding
- Electrical protection
- Ventilation
- Drivers
- Transformers
- Controllers
- Dimmers
- Control systems
The customer and installer must confirm compatibility before installation.
Incorrect installation, voltage fluctuation, electrical surge, overload, incompatible controls, water exposure, poor ventilation or unsuitable site conditions may damage products, invalidate any applicable written commercial warranty and prevent free remedial support where the issue was not caused by a product defect.
Magnetic systems, track systems, dimmable products, smart products, LED strips, drivers, transformers and controllers must be used only with compatible components.
Products must not be modified, rewired, opened or connected outside their stated specifications unless Saleh Deco or the relevant manufacturer has expressly approved the modification.
16. Measurements and Fit
The customer is responsible for verifying:
- Product dimensions
- Ceiling height
- Suspension length
- Wall and floor space
- Furniture placement
- Wiring locations
- Cut-out dimensions
- Installation clearances
- Access requirements
- Product compatibility
Saleh Deco may provide guidance, but final confirmation remains the customer’s responsibility unless a written measurement or design service has been included.
Measurements and installation requirements should be checked before ceiling, wall, wiring or furniture preparation begins.
A product that does not fit because of incorrect customer measurements, access information or site preparation is not considered defective.
17. Inspection Upon Delivery or Collection
Customers must inspect products promptly upon delivery or collection.
The customer should report visible issues within 48 hours, including:
- Visible damage
- Broken components
- Wrong products
- Missing products
- Missing components
- Quantity discrepancies
- Packaging damage
Products related to a claim must remain:
- Unused
- Uninstalled
- Unmodified
- Unrepaired
- Complete
- Available for inspection
The original packaging should be retained where reasonably possible because it may be required to identify the product, verify transportation damage and safely handle the claim.
Installing, using, modifying, repairing or discarding the product before inspection may prevent Saleh Deco from verifying the reported issue.
The 48-hour reporting period applies to issues that could reasonably be identified upon delivery or collection. It does not automatically exclude a hidden issue that could not reasonably have been discovered during that period.
18. Showroom and Direct-Sale Exchanges
Saleh Deco does not accept change-of-mind returns as an automatic customer right for showroom and other non-electronic sales.
As a voluntary commercial accommodation, Saleh Deco may accept an eligible standard-stock product for exchange within two calendar days from the purchase or delivery date.
The product must be:
- Unused
- Uninstalled
- Undamaged
- Unmodified
- Complete
- In its original packaging
- In resalable condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
All exchanges are subject to inspection and approval.
When an exchange is approved, Saleh Deco will normally offer:
- Exchange for another eligible product; or
- A Saleh Deco credit note.
Credit notes:
- Are not redeemable for cash
- Cannot be transferred unless approved
- Must be used according to any validity period stated on the credit note
- May not be applied to restricted items or services where stated
If the replacement product has a higher value, the customer must pay the difference.
If the replacement product has a lower value, any remaining approved amount will normally remain as a credit note rather than being paid in cash.
19. Website and Electronic Orders
A qualifying consumer who purchases through the Saleh Deco website or another electronic distance-sale channel may exercise a withdrawal right where granted under applicable Lebanese law.
Where the legal withdrawal right applies, the customer must notify Saleh Deco within ten calendar days from delivery of the goods.
The customer must contact Saleh Deco within the ten-day period before returning the product.
The product must remain:
- New
- Unused
- Uninstalled
- Undamaged
- Unmodified
- Complete
- In its original condition
- Accompanied by all supplied parts and accessories
The original packaging should be retained and returned because it may be required for safe transportation, product identification and inspection.
The customer must return the product safely and provide proof of purchase.
All returns, exchanges and product inspections are handled at the Saleh Deco Achrafieh showroom.
The customer normally bears the cost and responsibility of bringing or returning the product to the showroom.
Saleh Deco does not provide routine return collection, and products should not be sent by courier without prior approval and delivery instructions.
Saleh Deco may bear or arrange the return transportation cost where:
- Saleh Deco supplied the wrong product
- The product was defective upon delivery
- The delivered quantity was incorrect
- Saleh Deco approves another arrangement in writing
- Applicable law requires another remedy
The legal withdrawal right may not apply where:
- The product was used before the withdrawal period expired
- The product was installed
- The goods were made to order
- The goods were customised
- The goods were produced according to customer specifications
- The goods became faulty or damaged through misuse, poor maintenance or improper handling
- Another legal exception applies
Where a valid statutory online withdrawal applies, Saleh Deco will reimburse the eligible product amount after the product has been returned, inspected and approved.
For voluntary exchanges outside the statutory withdrawal right, Saleh Deco may offer an exchange or issue a credit note at its discretion.
Detailed return procedures, return methods, inspection arrangements, refund methods and processing periods are provided in the Saleh Deco Returns & Exchanges Policy.
20. Change-of-Mind Requests
Except for any mandatory legal right applicable to qualifying electronic purchases, Saleh Deco does not accept returns because of:
- Change of mind
- Wrong selection
- Wrong colour
- Wrong size
- Unsuitable appearance
- Customer measurement error
- Incompatibility not disclosed before purchase
- Preference for another model
- Failure to verify product dimensions or specifications
Saleh Deco may exceptionally approve an exchange at its discretion where the product qualifies under these Terms.
An exceptional approval in one case does not create an obligation to approve another case.
21. Defective, Damaged, Missing or Wrong Products
Visible damage, missing parts, quantity discrepancies or incorrect products should be reported within 48 hours from delivery or collection.
The customer should provide, where available:
- Invoice or order number
- Product code
- Clear photographs
- Video where relevant
- Photographs of the packaging
- Description of the issue
- Installation information where applicable
- Serial number where available
The affected product must remain available for inspection.
Saleh Deco may inspect or test the product before determining the appropriate outcome.
Inspection normally takes place at the Saleh Deco Achrafieh showroom. Collection may be arranged only where Saleh Deco expressly approves it.
A reported product problem does not automatically confirm a manufacturing defect.
Saleh Deco may assess whether the issue relates to:
- A manufacturing defect
- Incorrect installation
- Incorrect wiring
- Voltage fluctuation
- Electrical surge
- Overload
- Incompatible drivers, transformers, dimmers or controllers
- Water, humidity, dust, heat or poor ventilation
- Physical damage
- Improper handling, storage or use
- Modification
- Unauthorised repair
- Normal wear
- Component consumption
- Another external condition
Depending on the confirmed issue, product condition, technical feasibility, availability, supplier review and applicable law, Saleh Deco may provide:
- Technical guidance
- Repair
- Spare-part replacement
- Product replacement
- Exchange
- Credit note
- Monetary refund where legally required or where no suitable practical remedy is available
- Another appropriate solution
Saleh Deco may prioritise repair, spare-part replacement, product replacement or exchange where these options can reasonably resolve the confirmed issue.
A monetary refund is not automatic merely because a product has been submitted for inspection.
A hidden issue reported after 48 hours will be assessed according to the product condition, available evidence, any applicable written commercial warranty and mandatory consumer rights.
The 48-hour reporting period applies only to issues that could reasonably have been identified upon delivery or collection.
Straightforward cases may be assessed during the showroom visit.
Products requiring technical testing, supplier review, repair assessment, compatibility investigation, spare-part sourcing or replacement-product sourcing may require additional time.
Because products and technical issues differ, Saleh Deco does not promise one fixed assessment or repair period. The customer will be informed of the available solution after the necessary assessment has been completed.
Once a monetary refund is approved, the product inspection is complete and no alternative remedy is available or appropriate, Saleh Deco normally processes the refund on the same day or within one business day.
For approved cash-on-delivery refunds, the purchaser normally collects the refund from the Saleh Deco Achrafieh showroom upon presenting proof of purchase and valid identification.
Another secure reimbursement method may be used where expressly agreed or required by applicable law.
Detailed procedures are provided in the Saleh Deco Returns & Exchanges Policy.
22. Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not eligible for voluntary return or exchange, except where defective, incorrectly supplied, legally non-conforming or otherwise required by applicable law:
- Installed products
- Used products
- Modified or repaired products
- Products damaged after delivery or collection
- Products missing components or accessories
- Products without the packaging required for safe return, product identification, inspection or resale
- Opened electrical or electronic products
- Customised products
- Made-to-measure products
- Special-order products
- Project-specific products
- Products imported specifically for a customer
- Products procured specifically for a customer
- Cut cables
- Cut wires
- Cut LED strips
- Cut lighting profiles
- Programmed or configured products
- Assembled-to-order products
- Clearance products
- Display products
- Final-sale products
- Discontinued products
- Last-piece products
- Products damaged through installation, transport, storage, handling or misuse
Opened electrical or electronic products may be reviewed where a defect or legal non-conformity is alleged.
These exclusions do not remove any mandatory right relating to a confirmed defect, incorrect supply or legal non-conformity.
23. Furniture and Large Items
Furniture and large products are subject to the same return and exchange rules.
Customers must verify before confirmation:
- Dimensions
- Access routes
- Door widths
- Elevator capacity
- Staircase access
- Installation space
- Colour and finish
- Site suitability
Furniture and large items that cannot enter the premises because of incorrect measurements or access information are not considered defective.
Additional delivery, handling, lifting, return or storage fees may apply.
Custom, made-to-measure, special-order or specifically imported furniture is not eligible for voluntary return or exchange except where mandatory legal rights apply.
Where a large item requires a dedicated vehicle, truck, lifting equipment or additional handling personnel, transportation charges will be quoted separately.
24. Clearance, Display and Final-Sale Products
Clearance, display, discontinued, limited-stock and last-piece products are sold according to their available condition.
They may include:
- Display marks
- Older packaging
- Cosmetic imperfections disclosed before sale
- Limited quantities
- Discontinued parts
- Limited future supplier support
- No expected restock
These products are final sale and are not eligible for voluntary return, exchange or refund.
Final-sale status does not exclude mandatory rights relating to an undisclosed defect, incorrect description or legal non-conformity.
Customers are encouraged to inspect these products before purchase or acceptance.
Any known non-harmful defect or material condition will be disclosed where applicable.
25. Commercial Warranty and After-Sales Support
Saleh Deco does not provide a standard voluntary commercial warranty unless one is expressly confirmed in writing for a specific product.
Where a written commercial warranty is provided, the relevant document defines its:
- Duration
- Scope
- Conditions
- Exclusions
- Available remedies
Written commercial-warranty confirmation may appear on:
- The product page
- Quotation
- Sales order
- Invoice
- Product packaging
- Warranty card
- Supplier documentation
- Written Saleh Deco confirmation
Any written commercial warranty is additional to, and does not replace, mandatory rights relating to product conformity or hidden defects under applicable law.
Separately from any written commercial warranty, Saleh Deco may provide after-sales assistance such as:
- Product inspection
- Technical guidance
- Repair support
- Spare-part sourcing
- Replacement-component sourcing
- Supplier coordination
After-sales assistance depends on:
- Product condition
- Cause of the issue
- Technical feasibility
- Supplier support
- Spare-part availability
- Product age
- Model availability
The service may be provided free of charge or against an approved quotation, depending on the circumstances.
Physical breakage, misuse, incorrect installation, incorrect wiring, voltage fluctuation, electrical surge, overload, incompatible components, unauthorised repair, modification, unsuitable environmental exposure, poor handling, third-party damage and normal wear are not normally treated as manufacturing defects.
Unless expressly included in writing, a commercial warranty or after-sales remedy does not include:
- Delivery or collection
- Product removal or reinstallation
- Site visits
- Labour
- Scaffolding or lifting equipment
- Civil, ceiling or electrical work
- Decorative finishing
- Third-party charges
Spare parts, replacement glass, shades, crystals, drivers, electronic components and discontinued-product parts cannot be guaranteed to remain available indefinitely.
Visible breakage of glass, crystals, shades or other fragile components present at delivery should be reported within 48 hours.
Fragile components broken after delivery or acceptance through impact, handling, transport, installation or misuse are not normally treated as manufacturing defects.
Where a suitable replacement part is available, Saleh Deco may offer it free of charge or against payment depending on the cause of the damage and the circumstances of the case.
Nothing in this section limits a mandatory right that cannot legally be excluded.
26. Maintenance and Repairs
Maintenance and repair services are subject to:
- Product condition
- Cause of the issue
- Technical feasibility
- Spare-part availability
- Supplier support
- Inspection
- Separate quotation where applicable
Repairing a product may not always be technically or commercially possible.
Any repair or maintenance cost must be confirmed before work proceeds unless:
- The work is covered by an applicable written commercial warranty
- Saleh Deco accepts the work as a free remedy for a confirmed defect
- Saleh Deco expressly provides the service without charge
Inspection or attempted repair does not guarantee that a product can be restored.
Saleh Deco is not responsible for data, settings, programming or modifications previously performed by third parties.
Products that are not collected after completed or declined repair work may become subject to storage charges after reasonable notice.
27. Special, Imported and Custom Orders
Special orders, customised products, imported products, project-specific products, modified products and made-to-measure products require written confirmation and may require a deposit or full payment.
Once confirmed, they cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or exchanged unless Saleh Deco agrees in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.
Lead times remain estimates and may be affected by suppliers, manufacturing, shipping, customs or external conditions.
Supplier changes, discontinuation or production limits may require:
- Revised specifications
- Alternative products
- Revised timing
- Cancellation and appropriate settlement
Minor production or supplier variations that do not materially change the confirmed function or general appearance of the product do not automatically create a right to cancel.
28. B2B, Wholesale and Project Orders
B2B, wholesale, architect, designer, contractor, developer, reseller and project transactions may have separate:
- Pricing
- Discounts
- Payment terms
- Delivery terms
- Reservations
- Lead times
- Responsibilities
- Installation scopes
- Technical submittals
- Approval procedures
- Return and cancellation conditions
Saleh Deco is responsible only for products and services expressly listed in the confirmed quotation or agreement.
Additional work, changes, urgent requests, re-deliveries, storage, site visits or coordination outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.
Consumer withdrawal rights intended for personal consumer purchases may not apply to professional or commercial transactions.
Product approval by a consultant, designer, contractor or authorised customer representative is treated as approval for the relevant commercial transaction unless Saleh Deco is informed otherwise in writing before confirmation.
29. Product Application and Usage
Products must be used only for their intended purpose.
Indoor products must not be installed outdoors or in humid areas unless they carry the appropriate rating and are suitable for that application.
Outdoor products must be installed with proper:
- Sealing
- Drainage
- Electrical protection
- Cabling
- Grounding
- Environmental protection
Incorrect application, modification or use may affect product performance, invalidate any applicable written commercial warranty and prevent free remedial support for customer-caused damage.
The stated IP rating applies only where the product is installed correctly and all required seals, glands, covers and connections are properly maintained.
30. Handling and Storage
After delivery or collection, the customer is responsible for proper handling and storage.
Products must be stored in a:
- Dry
- Clean
- Safe
- Protected
- Suitable environment
Damage caused by humidity, impact, construction activity, stacking, heat, dust, water, poor storage or mishandling is not treated as a manufacturing defect and does not normally qualify for free remedial support.
Fragile products must remain securely packed until they are ready for installation.
31. Lighting Calculators, Guides and Technical Content
Saleh Deco may provide calculators, guides, diagrams, articles, recommendations, layouts, comparisons, estimates and other technical or educational content.
These resources are provided for preliminary guidance and general support only.
Results depend on:
- Information entered by the user
- Tool assumptions
- Available product information
- Room dimensions
- Geometry
- Surface reflectance
- Furniture and obstructions
- Installation conditions
- Electrical conditions
- Product tolerances
- Photometric performance
- Applicable project requirements
Calculator and guide results are not:
- Guarantees
- Certified designs
- Engineering approvals
- Final execution drawings
- Complete photometric studies
- Universally applicable specifications
The tools may not account for every:
- Site condition
- Reflection
- Glare requirement
- Irregular geometry
- Obstruction
- Heat condition
- Voltage drop
- Cable route
- Installation constraint
- Legal requirement
- Technical standard
The user and relevant professionals remain responsible for verifying:
- Final quantities
- Fixture layouts
- Product suitability
- Electrical design
- Cable size
- Driver capacity
- Compatibility
- Installation requirements
- Applicable standards
- Regulatory compliance
Saleh Deco is responsible only for technical calculations, drawings, layouts or services expressly included in a confirmed written quotation or agreement.
32. Customer-Submitted Plans and Information
Customers may submit plans, drawings, measurements, photographs, product lists or project information.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that:
- The information is accurate
- Measurements are correct
- The latest plan version is supplied
- They are authorised to share the material
- Relevant conditions are disclosed
Saleh Deco may rely on the information provided.
Errors, omissions or changes in customer-supplied information may require revised recommendations, quantities, prices, specifications or layouts.
Saleh Deco is not responsible for errors resulting from outdated, incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by the customer or another project party.
33. Order Changes and Cancellations
Order changes and cancellations require Saleh Deco’s approval.
Confirmed orders may not be cancelled where they are already:
- Prepared
- Reserved
- Delivered
- Installed
- Modified
- Ordered from a supplier
- Imported
- Customised
- Assigned to a project
An approved cancellation may be subject to deductions for actual or non-recoverable:
- Supplier charges
- Bank charges
- Payment-processing fees
- Delivery costs
- Handling costs
- Restocking costs
- Other expenses incurred for the order
The customer will be informed of any applicable deduction before an optional cancellation is completed where reasonably possible.
These deductions apply only to approved order cancellations. They do not create a restocking fee for a valid statutory online withdrawal, confirmed defect, incorrect supply or other return where such a fee is not legally permitted or was not clearly disclosed before the transaction.
Nothing in this section limits a mandatory legal withdrawal or cancellation right applicable to a qualifying transaction.
34. Promotions and Discounts
Promotions, vouchers, bundles and discounts apply only:
- During the stated period
- While stock lasts
- According to the stated conditions
Promotions may not be combined with:
- Other promotions
- Wholesale prices
- Project prices
- B2B discounts
- Clearance offers
- Special agreements
Saleh Deco may correct or end a promotion where there is a stock shortage, listing error, pricing error or campaign change.
Where an advertised promotion specifies no duration or available quantity, it will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
A promotion does not reserve stock unless an order is confirmed.
35. Website Use
Customers may use the website to:
- Browse products
- Create an account
- Request information
- Submit forms
- Place orders
- Use lighting tools
- Contact Saleh Deco
Users must not:
- Attempt unauthorised access
- Interfere with website operation
- Submit false information
- Introduce malicious code
- Copy content for unauthorised commercial use
- Misuse tools or services
- Infringe intellectual-property rights
- Use the website unlawfully
Saleh Deco may update, restrict, suspend or discontinue website content or functionality at any time.
Temporary website unavailability does not affect an order already accepted, although access to online account features may be interrupted.
36. Customer Accounts
Customers are responsible for:
- Maintaining account security
- Protecting login details
- Providing accurate information
- Reporting unauthorised use
Saleh Deco may suspend or restrict an account in cases of:
- Misuse
- False information
- Suspicious activity
- Unpaid amounts
- Security concerns
- Breach of these Terms
Account suspension does not cancel outstanding payment or contractual obligations.
37. Privacy and Customer Data
Saleh Deco processes personal information according to its Privacy Policy.
Personal information may be used to:
- Respond to enquiries
- Prepare quotations
- Process orders
- Arrange delivery
- Provide customer support

- Brand names
- Graphics
- Layouts

- Calculators
- Guides

- Marketing material
This material belongs to Saleh Deco, its licensors or relevant rights holders, or is used with permission.

39. Third-Party Links and Services
